Signature Brisket

The crown jewel of BBQ. Smoked low and slow until it achieves a perfect “jiggle” and a deep, peppery bark. Served sliced with a side of house-made sauce.

Hand-Pulled Pork

Pork shoulder smoked until it shreds effortlessly. Mixed with a touch of vinegar-based mop sauce to highlight the richness of the meat.

Smokehouse style ribs

From the Great Lakes to the Neon Lights

Back in 2014, we lit our first offset smoker in Michigan with a simple goal

to see if we could perfect the art of the “low and slow” crunch. What started as a weekend obsession for friends and neighbors quickly turned into a local staple. We spent a decade honing our craft in the Midwest, learning exactly how much cherry wood it takes to get that perfect smoke ring and developing a sauce that’s just the right amount of “mitten-made” sweet.

In 2026, we decided it was time for a change of scenery. We packed up the smokers, hitched up the truck, and traded the Michigan snow for the Nevada sun. We’re the new kids in Las Vegas, but we brought ten years of pitmaster secrets with us.

What makes us unique is our commitment to authentic BBQ. We keep things classic, focus on quality, and bring the taste of true BBQ to every customer we serve.
